Safety Memo #26 (E) ACI Protocol of Precaution to COVID-19

[ACI Protocol of Precaution to the (COVID-19)] (E)

ACI hopes all employees and their families are staying safe and healthy from the COVID‐19 outbreak.
Please keep in practice the following ACI protocol and share these precautions with ACI management, subcontractors
and workers.

• Employees who have symptoms of acute respiratory illness are recommended to stay home and not come to
work until they are free of fever (100.4 F [37.8 C] or greater using an oral thermometer), signs of a fever, and
any other symptoms for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever‐reducing or other symptom‐altering
medicines (e.g. cough suppressants). Employees should notify their supervisor and stay home if they are sick
(see attached "Symptoms of COVID‐19, Flu, and Cold").

• If you have any medical questions about COVID‐19, please call OC Health Agency's Health Referral line at 1‐
800564‐8448. The line is open daily from 8AM to 8PM.

• CDC made a webpage of steps to follow when you are sick: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019‐ncov/if‐
youare‐sick/steps‐when‐sick.html

• Please post the “Pandemic Support to Employees Flyer” for the COVID‐19 outbreak in a conspicuous place to
each trailer/ office. (see attached "Pandemic Support to Employees Flyer").

• Precautionary decontamination sanitation service will be done at our corporate office this weekend. We will also
schedule the sanitation service for jobsite trailers. Please contact with Brian Shin for the detailed schedule.

• We could not buy a large amount of masks and hand sanitizer with the recent shortages. However, we do have a
limited amount that is enough to give out one of each to all ACI employees. Please see Ana at the front desk to
pick them up.

• ACI would still like to mandate that all ACI management and contractors follow the executive order regarding
social distancing and sanitizing work areas.

• Maintain a proper “social distance” between workers and all staff, at least 6 feet during all activities on the
jobsite.
