Safety Memo #26 (L) Additional Safety Measures (COVID-19)

Per Safety Memo #26 (K), ACI COVID-19 Exposure Control Plan: "The Project Superintendent on site or
His Designee is responsible for all issues that arise concerning the COVID-19 event. This person will be the
single point of contact for employees, visitors and subcontractors reporting incidents. Additional duties include
ensuring the workplace is properly segregated to avoid large gatherings and conducting and controlling all
internal and external communications about the COVID event."

To further support our jobsites keep COVID-19 exposure down, we have provided the following tools to help
you:
• Daily Sign-In Sheet (COVID-19 Version) - If you are taking the temperatures of everyone before they
go on site, we have added a column in the Daily Sign-In Sheet (attached) to record the temperatures of
everyone who signs in on site.
• ACI Health Assessment (COVID-19) - If someone has a fever; to determine if they need to be taken
off the job.
• The City of Los Angeles has added Deep Cleaning to their COVID-19 guidelines. If you need to
schedule sanitization for your jobsite trailer, please contact Brian Shin.

• Additional practical SAFETY MEASURES that can be used at your discretion on the worksite:
o Anybody going into an ACI Jobsite Trailer must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer
BEFORE ENTERING.
o Discourage workers from using other workers’ PHONES, DESKS, OFFICES, WORK TOOLS
and EQUIPMENT. If necessary, clean and disinfect them before and after use. (if needed,
request to Ana, Front Desk, for disinfecting wipes)

These tools shall be used until further notice (From 4/3/2020)
