IFC Roofing is committed to a comprehensive benefit program that helps our employees stay healthy and feel
secure while maintaining a quality work/life balance.

IFC Roofing is pleased to announce that we offer our full-time W-2 and 1099 sales employees three
comprehensive Major Medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Each of our medical plans offer a variety of
Doctor Copays, Calendar Annual Deductibles (CYD), and Out of Pocket Maximums. Each medical plan comes
with comprehensive annual preventative care benefits covered 100% with no cost along with other Wellness
programs for healthier lifestyles.

We offer voluntary Dental and Vision plus Voluntary Life with guaranteed issue up to $75,000 for employees,
$35,000 for spouses and $10,000 children at new hire. Employees have an option to bump up their Voluntary
Life at open enrollment $25,000.

Our dental plan offers Unlimited annual benefits for preventative, basic and major services. Orthodontics are
included too. All full-time W-2 and 1099 sales employees have $25,000 Employer Paid Life/AD&D coverage.

IFC Roofing contributes towards your medical, dental and vision coverage and 100% for employer paid life/
AD&D.
