TREATMENT OF A HEART ATTACK
• Make the casualty comfortable and warm • Position them in the half-sitting position
• Monitor their breathing
• Call 999/112
• Calm and reassure them
• If they become unresponsive, you must open their airway and check for normal breathing and be prepared to resuscitate them
• You can offer them 150-300mg of chewable aspirin if you know they are not allergic to it
