3.18.3.12.2. Student Laborers.  Interested students with at least an average rating of “75%”
                                       and with all subjects passing shall be given work; provided that the students
                                       concerned shall carry not more than 15 units during the semester and six units
                                       during summer.

                        3.18.4. Government Scholarships
                                       The  University  honors  the  scholarship  from  any  of  the  National,  Provincial
                                Scholarship/Assistance Programs.
                        3.18.4.1. National Integrated Student Grant Program (NISGP);
                        3.18.4.2. Selected Ethnic Groups Educational Assistance Program (SEGEAP);
                        3.18.4.3. Barangay Scholarship Program (BSP);
                        3.18.4.4. Philippine Veterans Affairs (PVA);
                        3.18.4.5. Tertiary Education Assistance Program (TEAP);
                        3.18.4.6. President Diosdado Macapagal Agrarian Scholarship Program (PDMASP);
                        3.18.4.7. National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP);
                        3.18.4.8. The CHED-SSGP;
                        3.18.4.9. CHED Scholarship under the Congressman;
                        3.18.4.10. PNP; and
                        3.18.4.11. Office of the President Assistance Program (OPAP)
                        3.18.4.12. TESDA Scholarship
                        3.18.4.13. Other newly approved government scholarships

                        3.18.5. Presidential Decree No. 577 Scholarship.  This decree provides the following:
                        3.18.5.1. Education benefit shall be extended to one dependent of military personnel who die
                                   or become incapacitated in line of duty.
                        3.18.5.2. This benefit shall be good for ten (10) school years and it shall be transferable to any
                                   of the dependents of the military personnel: Provided that it will not exceed ten
                                   (10) school years.
                        3.18.5.3. This benefit shall be without prejudice to other educational benefits being enjoyed by
                                   the military personnel or his dependents, provided that the grantee shall not enjoy
                                   more than one (1) scholarship at one time.
                        3.18.5.4.  Grantees  shall not be transferees from other school prior to grant of their benefit.
                                   The scholarship is only for those who are graduating from any school level to the
                                   next level.

                        3.18.6.  Land  Donors.  Stipulated  privileges  for  land  donors  under  Board  resolution  136,  s.
                        1987.

                              Free Schooling for Children:
                        3.18.6.1. Donors of land that measures less than one-half (1/2) of a hectare may have one
                                   child enjoy a free secondary or tertiary education if the child studies in any of the
                                   IFSU Campuses.
                        3.18.6.2. Children of land donors of more than one-half (1/2) hectare studying in IFSU may
                                   enjoy the free  tuition fee in the collegiate level and/or 50% discount on tuition fee
                                   in the graduate level. The number of which is categorized as follows:

                        3.18.6.3. Provisions:
                        3.18.6.3.1. Childless donors and those whose number of children is less than what is allowed
                                       them (as above) may recommend any other relative to enjoy the privilege.
                        3.18.6.3.2. Students granted the above privilege should enjoy the same only for the length of
                                       period  normally  prescribed  for  their  course.  An  extension  maybe  granted by
