G is for Grants
u Grant writing is one of the many skills that are invaluable for teachers. I have used them multiple times. My three most recent were:
u District 191: Two grants, one for $10,000 in instruments from the Bush Foundation and one for $10,000 in instruments from Viva Musica and Vega Productions. To view the story, check out the link.
u District 112: Technology grant to outfit all of my middle school ALP students with IPADS, apps, and training to help them be more successful and build 21st century learning skills.
