Instructor Biography
Special Agent Roger Geisler
Arizona State Gaming Investigator
Phoenix, Arizona
Special Agent Roger Geisler started his 29 year law enforcement career
as a Police Reserve officer with the City of Phoenix Police Department
in 1987. In 1989 Roger became a police officer for the City of Glendale
assigned to the patrol division and working his way to investigations in
1993.
Being assigned as an investigator in 1993, Roger has worked in several
areas to include, forgery/fraud, auto theft, child/adult sex crimes,
missing person’s and homicide. In 2007 Roger was assigned as a Cold
Case homicide detective until 2017.
Throughout his career, Roger has solved and handled many high profile
and cold cases resulting in successful conclusions for the victims he
represented.
During his career, Roger has become an expert in several areas and is a
certified Arizona Law Enforcement Instructor. Roger has presented and
instructed on a variety of topics in the classroom and in the media.
Roger now continues his knowledge and experience in Law Enforcement
to working closely with the tribal community to educate and maintain
the integrity of Indian gaming throughout Arizona.
