WAYFINDING
Wayfinding refers to the process of providing information and awareness to people. Wayfinding allows people to navigate around the airport easily. As it is an information system, wayfinding system has to be maintained, updated, accurate, clear and readable. A common wayfinding system is signages.
There are 3 types of signages found at the airport. Landside, terminal and airside signages. Under terminal signages, there are 3 other types of signages: directional, information and identification signs. There are also two types of airside signages, which are mandatory instruction and information signs.

Information
Landside signages show the way to the airport. It provides directions a few kilometres away from the airport. As you get nearer to the airport, there will be road signs to guide you to the terminal building.
