Have you ever heard of radio telephony? If you have not heard of it, fret not! In this chapter we will be introducing to you
a special communication method, which is radio telephony. Radio telephony (RTF) is a type of radio communication used for verbal exchange of information between two or more stations. Now let’s dive into it!
  SIA123, how do you read?
Singapore Tower, SIA123, reading you Strength 5
Air traffic controllers use RTF to communicate with aircraft, vehicles and persons. RTF consists of standard ICAO keywords and phrases. If not, they can also use other alternatives,
but they have to be clear and concise so as to prevent miscommunication!
ATC: “SIA123, turn left then turn right then turn right after 2 junctions”
