4. LE TIR À CHEVAL : S’ÉQUILIBRER, ENCOCHER, TIRER.
La position de base du cavalier est celle en équilibre sur les étriers, comme pour passer des cavalettis.
On distingue trois positions de l’arc pour l’archer, elles sont essentielles pour des raisons de sécurité :
POSITION DE REPOS POSITION HAUTE
L’ARC EST VERS LE BAS, MAIN SUR LE VENTRE L’ARC EST EN POSITION HAUTE
OU BRAS PENDANT ET VERTICAL. EN ENTRANT SUR LA LIGNE.
POSITION ENCOCHÉE
LORSQUE LE CAVALIER RÉALISE SES ACTIONS D’ENCOCHAGE ET DE TIRS SUR LA LIGNE DE RUN,
MAIN D’ARC EN DIRECTION DE LA CIBLE.
AUCUNE FLÈCHE NE PEUT-ÊTRE ENCOCHÉE EN DEHORS DE LA LIGNE DE RUN.
