LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Silverline Systems warrants that its products shall be free of all substantial defects in original material
and workmanship that may become evident within the estimated Lifetime of the product specified
below from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover apparent defects caused by
abusive or abnormal use of the product, or failures resulting from inadequate inspection and improper
maintenance. Silverline Systems may repair or replace, at its option, any portion of the subject
product which proves to be defective under the terms of this limited warranty at no further cost to the
buyer. This warranty will not apply to any claims resulting from one or more of the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications, alterations, repairs or refurbishment not approved by Silverline Systems
• Users of seating weighing more than 250lbs
• Usage beyond a 40-hour week
• Abuse, misuse or accident
• Variation in material colour or texture
• Consumables e.g. soft arm pads

The Lifetime of the product is defined as the period of its prime usefulness even though in most
instances these products may be safely used several years longer.

Keyboard & Accessories – 12 years – Sterling

Silverline Systems shall be liable under this limited warranty only for the cost or, at its option, the
repair or replacement of defected products. All incidental or consequential damages which may arise,
including but not limited to business losses, personal property damage, and third party liabilities are
hereby expressly excluded.

The following exceptions apply:

• 2-years on chair bases and gas cylinders
• 1-year on upholstery and castors
• 1-year on wood veneer finishes
• 2-years on paint finishes

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser.
