epit omizes Art Deco st yle and honored t he 10t h anniversary of t he end of World War I. Int ended for
an aut omobile, Vict orie could also st and as a sculpt ure. Lalique commissioned pedest als from Breves

Salon, t he piece is a t ribut e t o speed and aerodynaism, wit h her face int o t he wind and her hair almost
winglike.
