Welcome to The Foundation,
Our subscribing participants are dedicated in supporting the advancement
of physics, engineering and associated sciences in medicine and applying
modern technology to engender tomorrow's techniques today. The goal is to
accelerate productive work in the clinic that introduces more pain-free
techniques with less complications and improved cure outcomes. The
Foundation's website is a public site open for everyone to use – anyone from
the public and anyone from the medical professions. There are no barriers
and it’s free to join Better-Healthcare-Technology and participate in
achieving the vision. I urge you to join and become a participant.
Our Vision
Better Healthcare Technology aims to support initiatives in physics, engineering and associated
sciences in medicine that engenders new technology for higher quality techniques and better
outcome of patient care.
What the Website Offers
Better Healthcare Technology provides information on the past, present and future medical
technology and techniques. Experts in physics, engineering and associated sciences work co-
operatively with medical practitioners and allied health professionals when developing these
initiatives. We offer an open forum and information service for the public, industry and medical
professionals. The website is specially designed to assist patients and their relatives who may be
concerned and seeking information about a specific healthcare technique or technology.
Funds raised by the Foundation will primarily be used to support emerging specialists in Australia,
New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region, and to foster the next generation of leaders in this field
who will work on innovative projects for the benefit of patients treated with better healthcare
technology.
