To improve the quality of parking in your Community, we have active
enforcement of our parking permit program with CommTow LLC. All vehicles on

property will be required to have properly displayed parking permits. Visitors and
vehicles without permit (including rentals and loaners) are required to park in
visitor spaces. Your permits are given to you at the time of move in and must be

placed immediately on your vehicle.

Proper permits must always be displayed. If you should need a temporary
restriction for whatever reason, please communicate with your onsite

management team during business hours to ensure your vehicle does not get
towed.

Vehicles in resident spaces without a properly displayed parking permit will be

immediately towed at the owner's expense. No exceptions. We want to make
sure your guests enjoy visiting your new home, please make sure they understand
the parking rules.

*If your Community does not have the permit program in place. Keep in mind you
are subject to be towed if you are parked in another units’ spot, illegally parked,
expired tag or no tag present.
