 Example:

z- A letter of resignation = A resignation letter: a letter
announcing the person's intent to leave a job, which is
currently held.

 Example:
- Lynda wrote a resignation letter to the manager

announcing her intent to leave the job.

aa- An e-mail = An email: the system for utilising
computers to send messages over the Internet. It is a
message or document sent by this system. If you e-
mail someone, you send them an email.

 Examples:
- You can contact us by e-mail.
- Yesterday, I got an e-mail from Susan.
- Sarah e-mailed me yesterday to say she could not come.
