Conjunctive adverbs are usually followed by a comma at the beginning of a sentence,
while subordinating conjunctions introduce dependent clauses.
(Additionally / In addition to), they don’t wake up easily when hearing noises or seeing light.
However, they start to move around (then / when) louder noises are made.
