            1) Writing a CV

        The different parts of a CV

A CV is a sort of business card to present to a
potential new employer. What’s more, in combination
with the cover letter, the CV might prompt a future
boss to invite you for an interview. And who knows
what that might lead to?

A CV differs from person to person, but the parts
contained in such a document are frequently the
same. Below you´ll find them all, accompanied by a
brief explanation.

The difference between CV and resume lies in
the length, layout, and purpose of these
documents. CVs have no length limit; resumes are
typically one to two pages long. A CV details the whole
course of the candidate's academic career; a resume
summarizes skills and work experience.

As stated, three major differences between CVs and
resumes are the length, the purpose and the layout. A
resume is a brief summary of your skills and
