We can see from the graph that although the Profit Allocation increases initially over the course of
the next [4] quarters the Owner’s Pay element decreases over the full [4] quarters to reach the
Target Allocation Percentage.
The overall percentage allocation for Profit + Owner’s Pay increases from a combined total of 57%
to the Target Allocation of 60%.
