On a full implementation of Profit First into a business, we would also look to summarise any other
observations that may have arisen during our discovery call or other investigatory process, which would
generally include such things as an overall view of the prospects and goals for the business and business
owner.
Profit First will help provide the financial plan that enables the business owners to reach a series of
interim goals and will provide the ‘guardrails’ to keep the balance of Profit, Owner’s Pay, Tax and
Operating Expenses in check in the coming months, quarters and years.
