EL CANGREJO
Founded in the 1950s , it was once the most modern and exclusive neighborhood of Panama . Currently, El Cangrejo is a bohemian area of contemporary architecture, abundant green areas, parks , embassies and restaurants , a neighborhood with a strong cultural identity.
El Cangrejo has an intense nightlife, with a variety of restaurants with a varied offering international cuisine, bars, hotels and casinos. One of it's cultural epicenters is the Andrés Bello Park , where art festivals, mini concerts and political meetings are held.
You can see various monuments and sculptures , such as Einstein's head in Plaza Einstein in which converge the street Arthur Motta and calle San Juan Baptist de La Salle , sculptures of Joseph San Martín , Manuel Belgrano and Roberto Duran.
