I want to specially thank my wife, Bolanle, my partner in
destiny over the decades for your support, patience,
tolerance, and for bearing with me for several escapes to my
study, and for time away to develop the original material for
this book. My children, Tomiwa and Tumininu, for
sacrificing time for me to be away often. May God’s reward
be great to my family.

Most of all I thank God, my Heavenly Father, my Lord Jesus
