First Aid

The success of first aid is determined by the first person who found the
patient and whether they are willing to help and really knows how to provide
first aid treatment. However, people usually only know to call 119 when there
is an accident or emergency but the shortest time for an ambulance to arrive
to your location is approximate 4 to 6 minutes. During an emergency, every
second counts before the ambulance arrives. Therefore, if there is person
who is acknowledged with first aid treatment, then they can provide first aid
for the victim and increase their chance of survival.
