iv. Intellectual Ownership
The ATP has exclusive right to every aspect of the training programme. This includes but not limited to the right to design, develop, market, facilitate, revise or update the training programme, or enter into an agreement with other training providers to conduct the training programme, terminate the agreement or to obsolete the training programme.
If the ATP is not the owner, the rightful owner of the training programme should be stipulated and the ATP must provide the collaborative agreement or any other relevant documentation whereby the owner has given consent for changes to be implemented by the ATP and the extent of changes that can be made to the training programme.
v. Decision Making Process
The ATP has policies and procedures in place that ensure a fair and independent decision-making process in the final review of the training programme. It provides effective procedures to deal with appeals and complaints.
The decisions of the ATP take into consideration the outcomes of both the self-review process and the external review. The ATP may also consider 25
