iv. remain alert to any indications of evidence that can influence the results and possibly require further assessment; and
v. act in an ethical manner at all times.
5.1.3 Panel Certification Programme (PCP)
The Panel Certification Programme (PCP) serves to guide and update PA on the accreditation principles and processes of CIDB. The PCP will provide detail understanding on the assessment and evaluation of training programme submitted for accreditation.
All potential PA should attend the PCP. They must pass the assessment(s) before CIDB engages them as PA to review and evaluate any training programme.
5.2 Conflict of Interest
The prospective members of the PA must declare their interest in the assignment(s) given. If the prospective PA has a direct interest, CIDB may exclude him/her from consideration.
Conflict of interest may be categorised as personal, professional or ideological.
