What’s New for 2017
During this year’s open enrollment period you will have the opportunity to participate in bene t programs designed to offer the best of today’s health bene ts, programs and services to all ABC Company Hospitality, LLC team members. We are thrilled to be announcing that we will be introducing a new online system to enroll, manage and take control of your bene t programs, called Bene tSolver. This new system will allow you to view/manage current bene ts and make new bene t elections each year during open enrollment and when qualifying life events occur.
We recognized that there is an increasing demand for readily available bene ts information and our goal in partnering with Bene tSolver is to create the ability to see and manage your bene ts in one convenient space at any time of the day. Our goal is to improve your enrollment experience and provide you with the tools to best utilize and take advantage of our bene ts.
Here are a few bene ts of our new system:
• Available 24 hours a day/7 days a week
• Accessible whether at home or at work
• Bene tSolver live chat available Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm CST
• When calling the service center there are multilingual agents available through the AT&T Language Line. Just ask if you need assistance!
