The Benefits Advocacy Center (BAC) is ready to help you get the most from your benefit programs by providing an advocate at no cost to assist you with things like:
Coverage Questions: Have you recently had a Life
Status Event such as Marriage or the Birth of a child? Your Advocate can help answer your questions about coverage and documents needed.
Flexible Spending Account: Do you have questions about our FSA program? Your Advocate can help explain how the benefits work and how to file a claim for reimbursement.
Claim Issues: Have you received a bill from a doctor or hospital and don’t know why, your Advocate can help.
Difficult Situations: Sometimes the insurance carriers deny your claim and you want to appeal their denial – Your Advocate can assist you with your appeal.
