We continuously evaluate our benefit portfolio to ensure it meets your physical, financial and personal needs. We are happy to announce that for the fourth consecutive year there will be NO INCREASES to your healthcare premiums for 2022!
Considerations
Voluntary Group Term Life and AD&D Insurance
Voluntary benefits provide income protection and additional support to meet the diverse needs of our employees. This year there will be a one-time true open enrollment for all eligible employees only (not Spouse) for Voluntary Group Term Life and AD&D Insurance.
• Employees will be permitted to enroll, or increase their coverage amount up to the Guaranteed Issue without Evidence of Insurability (EOI)
• Enrollment, or increase in coverage is effective January 1, 2022
• The Guaranteed Issue amount will increase from $150K to $250K
FSA, DCA & Commuter Vendor
We are pleased to announce that we will be switching vendors for our Flexible and Dependent Care Accounts, and Commuter Benefit. Effective January 1, these accounts will now be administered by Benefit Resource Inc. See page 18 for more information.
Reduce Your Premiums by $500*!
We care about your physical wellbeing and that’s why we are offering you an opportunity to reduce your annual medical premiums by $500* by participating in our wellness incentive program. You can also earn up to $200 in gift cards by completing at least 3 of the 5 wellness targets. We hope you take advantage of the savings and fun on your wellness journey. * You must meet the wellness program qualifications to receive a premium reduction. Spouses and dependents are not included.
