a relationship or a connection between an organization and the emotional perception of their employees for the purpose of increasing employee engagement.
Research shows that employee benefits influence the attraction of new employees
but they do not change employee behavior. Employee benefits do affect employee attitudes and perceptions of the organization they work with and effective branding can support a positive outcome resulting in higher engagement and retention.
