Sales Enablement Process
Any Gallagher-branded marketing materials, such as one pagers, benchmarking reports, or events, are created by the regional marketing team. Please reach out to Allison Price (Allison_Price@ajg.com) for more information.
Step 1: SalesForce
Add the opportunity into SalesForce and introduce
the Communications Team (either Pepper Krach, Olivia Guillocheau or Kaitlin Ford).
Step 3: Request Form
Filling out the request form is mandatory. The Communications Team will not begin a project until you complete the form found HERE. We ask that you fill out this form at least a week in advance, unless otherwise stated. Make sure to upload the document(s) you need designed and finalized, or secured in Step 2.
Step 4: Assigned
Your project is now in our queue and will be assigned to one of our designers who will contact you via email or phone.
Step 5: Edits
Up to four rounds of edits are included for each project, unless otherwise stated in this document. Additional edits will be based on an hourly rate.
Step 6: Final Product
Final approval is needed to close out any project. Please provide the Communications Team with written approval that a project is complete. If the project needs additional services, such as printing, additional fees and timelines will apply.
Step 2: Finalist Meeting Toolkit
Review the Master Capabilities Deck on the Sales & Marketing page on the Northeast Region GoGBS page found HERE. Identify the PPT slides you need to begin to create your finalist deck.
Step 1 and Step 2 must be completed before completing a request form for your project.
