403(b) Retirement Plan
You can save for your retirement with pre-tax or post-tax/Roth 403(b) dollars. Success may contribute up to 3% of your salary in discretionary matching contributions. New hires will be automatically enrolled in 3% pre-tax employee contributions. You can roll funds from another 401(k), 403(b), or similar plan into this plan.
The schedule for vesting in matching contributions is: 100% after three years of employment; 66% vested after two years; 33% vested after one year. You’re not vested in the matching contribution if you have less than one year of employment with Success Academy.
