Study the female anatomy.
Look at other vulvas. Get a private vulva close up
with a mirror. Appreciate the layers, colour and
shape.
Understand the normal stuff that comes out. It is
healthy for women to experience some discharge
on a day-to-day basis. It is also important that you
know what it looks like for you, so you notice any
changes. Learn to masturbate. Get to know what
feels good and what doesn’t.
