here at Grundtvig. I was
surrounded by my fellow students. Each of us, fresh, bright, green
seedling just recently planted. All of us with stupid and smug smiles or probably tears for some
mummy's kids not realizing what was ahead of us. Grundtvig planted us all and now we can proudly
stand as great and gigantic trees that are capable of producing fruits. Staying in Grundtvig was just
another phase in my life.
I had the opportunity of studying, entering the star club, becoming a prefect of the school and now
becoming a graduate. All these things I experienced, had a great impact on me and my friends around
me.
I want to say a big 'thank you' to my great teachers for the love, care, encouragement and understanding
that were shown to me in my first year and throughout the six years. Thanks for the punishments also,
although they were not sweet. It was all for my good.
I shall miss lots of school activities like sports and club meetings. I shall also miss trying not to be late
for those activities. I guess I might not miss a lot because I have set out on an adventure.
I would love to say a very big 'thank you' to my parents who have always supported me financially,
morally, and physically. I could never have made it without them.
I also wish to thank G.I.S.S administrative staff for all their efforts into making me what I am today. I am
going to try to live up to your expectations.
I guess my journey is over, so I am handing over the baton to those junior students. When you see me
next, I will be an entirely different person.
Adieus!!!
