                                             THE GIRL AFFIRMATION


         I choose to be myself because everyone else is taken. I live my life based on the right principles and basis,
         not trying to be like others. I am enough, because I set my standards real high therefore no one can make me
         feel insecure, I cannot compare myself. Therefore no one can hurt me without my permission. I accept
         myself for who I am and not who others want me to be. I am good and self-reliant, I
         do not need approval of others. I work on my flaws to create a better version of
         myself. I am a limited edition of myself. I'm spectacular because perfect does not
         exist and normal is too boring. I learn new things each day, thereby broadening my
         horizon. I have the most powerful Being in the universe by my side and I can ask
         for His help any day. I set my goals and dreams higher than my fears. I am
         exceptional, I am out spoken, I have potentials… I'm a lady.

                        TIPS ON HOW TO HAVE A HEALTHY AND STRONG BODY

         It is everyone's dream, both male and female, to have a healthy body. But most people are suffering different
         ailments, most of which could have been prevented if they had done the right thing.

         Today, fast food has become very popular and people no longer eat healthy. Most people do not even have
         time for a daily work out. All these and more have been the reason for the fall in life expectancy.

         Now, how can one stay healthy and strong? Here are some ways
            1)  Drink at least two glasses of water in the morning as soon as you wake up. Do not eat anything for at
                 least 45 minutes.
            2)  Eat much fruits daily. Avoid consuming much manufactured products high in processed sugar as it
                 takes hours to burn out.
            3)  Do not starve or skip meals to lose weight. Yes weight will be lost, but the skin ends up looking dry
                 and your body looks malnourished and there will be risk of having ulcer.
            4)  To lose weight properly does not over work your body. Do the little you can. Reduce your food
                 intake and use fruits and vegetables to replace the removed portions. Make sure you eat breakfast,,
                 lunch and dinner.
            5)  Most preferably, your dinner should be the smallest food. Breakfast should be a little bigger, but
                 your lunch should be adequate.
