How to Treat My Lake or Pond?
1 Identify
Properly identify the nuisance species. Use pages 4-10 or visit our Plant ID page at www.aquaweed.com

On the page from each plant or algae species is a list of the preferred aquatic chemical for best control.
Pages 5-11.
3 Measure
Measure the surface area (acres) or (square feet) of the water body to be treated & measure the average depth
for volume.
Average depth is usually between 3-5 feet.
Log onto Google Earth h ps://www.google.com/earth/
1. Click on Launch Earth
2. Type in your homes address on the search bar.
3. Now click on the ruler to measure your treatment area.
Use the drop down arrow to select “feet” as your measurement
Use the drop down arrow to select “square ” or “acres” as your measurement
4 Read and apply according to product label
Prior to treatment, fully read the label and apply the product accordingly, using proper application techniques
and safety equipment.
