CALCULATING POWER RANKING
The final power ranking is the sum of 55% of the TWWP and 45% of the OWWP. This number cannot be over 1.000. From the examples above:
TWWP = 0.583333 * 0.55 = 0.320833 OWWP = 0.625000 * 0.45 = 0.281250
Power Rating = 0.320833+0.281250 = 0.602083
