Level 2 Guidelines
In this level, the student will continue to monitor progress along with additional privileges.
Students are permitted to communicate with level 3 students
Students have the opportunity for educational field trips.
Assigned seating still applies to this level.
Students need to earn points 100-249 to move to level 3.
Level 3 Guidelines
Students in this level continue to monitor their progress while enjoying the benefits of proven
good behavior.
Level 3 students are often given special privileges and freedom within the building. This may
include but is not limited to: use of restroom when needed unescorted, inclusion in all field trips,
lunch from a local fast food restaurant, school appropriate personal shirt, first to enter the
building, one complimentary assignment pass, use of mechanical pencils.
Level 3 students are also able to wear their own school-appropriate shirt to school. Any student
who comes to school wearing an inappropriate shirt will have his/her points reduced by 25 points
and be given an Outlook polo to wear.
Students need to earn points 250-449
Level 4 Guidelines
This is the highest level of the program.
Once level 4 is reached, a student will be expected to average 10 points a day (50 per week)
in order to maintain level 4 status. If this is not met, the student’s points will be dropped to
415 and level 4 status will have to be re-earned.
All priveleges of Level 3 Students.
Vacations start 1 day earlier and the student will be excused for all work that day.
Extra priveleges during trips and activities (such as extra “treats”).
Students will be able to keep their cell phones during school hours, but turned off during
class.
Students must consistently earn at least 35 points per week and 450+ in order to
maintain this level.
Level 0 Guidelines
• Students will face forward at all times and remain silent.
• Students will earn points completing school work first. No points will be earned if the
student is ot working on school work first and reading second. They are to have a book
in their binder at all times, it is the students responsibility.
• Sleeping is not an option. They will not earn points if sleeping and will be sent home.
• Students will raise their hand and wait until called upon before asking questions.
• Students will receive two questions per shour or more depending on if it has to do with
school work.
• There are 3 bathroom breaks; at regularly scheduled times: 8:45, 12:45, & 2:15.
• No middle school student may work on a laptop.
• If students choose to NOT follow Level 0 reles they will be given 5 minutes to comply or
receive a call home for suspension.
• If at any time students display threatening or destructive behavior a phone call to the
police may be made.
• If suspended, students will serve the remainder of their points plus 20 points upon
return.
Cool Down Guidelines
Cool down is a step-by-step procedure that is dictated by the student’s behaviors. Students
have an opportunity at any time to advocate for themselves. Students will be directed to the
Level 0 room. They will be assigned an appropriate location. Staff will determine if the student
