Community Health Impact: The United States Federal government has of cially designated the area in which MarchLife California is located as a Health Professional Shortage Area (“HSPA”). An investment in MarchLife California will improve the lives of those in the area (and outside of the area) by providing them access to high-quality healthcare that for years has been so desperately needed.
Education and Research: MarchLife California will likely have education and research facilities led by a major university seeking to prevent or cure both new and longstanding health problems. Investors will be contributing to a project at the forefront of medical education and research.
Jobs: By contributing to the project, investors will help spur the local economy. In addition to the obvious construction-related jobs (for example, engineers, architects, builders, consultants) associated with the development of a hospital, MarchLife California investment will provide additional jobs in the retail, residential, and hotel sectors.

While many existing healthcare facilities are in rapid decline and becoming functionally obsolete, MarchLife California will be one of the nest, most advanced, and forward-thinking health care communities in the world. Stakeholders and Supporters: MarchLife California investors will join an exceptionally large base of well-established stakeholders and supporters. In addition to the healthcare, development, and capital partners responsible for some of the most high-pro le and quality developments in the world, MarchLife California will be working with the United States Department of Defense/Air Force, March Joint Powers Authority, State of California, County of Riverside, City of Riverside, City of Perris, and City of Moreno Valley to ensure the project’s success.
Technology Impacts: MarchLife California investors will be a part of a new healthcare community that is designed with cutting-edge technology that allows healthcare providers to reduce costs, improve pro tability, and deliver a streamlined process starting from patient registration, and payment and doctor consultations. Healthcare operators that may be a part of the project are using technology like Electronic Health Records (EHR) that will aggregate patient information, reduce the number of missed doctor visits, and help reallocate time toward patients in need.
