With an immediate pent-up demand for 1,124 beds within 20 miles of MarchLife California, the 1st 150- Bed hospital tower should ll to capacity in the rst year of operations.
Assuming only a 10% market share, which is very low considering MarchLife California will be the newest and most technologically advanced hospital in the 20 mile service area, MarchLife California should expect a 300+ bed demand.
With projections of 15% population growth* in Riverside County over the next 10 years and no signi cant hospital projects in the pipeline, an additional demand of 450-500 beds will be created. The 2nd and 3rd hospital towers will be strategically phased to service this market need.
