MARCHLIFE CALIFORNIA
HISTORY
MarchLife California is the culmination of 10 years of intensive entitlement work resulting in a shovel-ready healthcare city development. Being fully entitled minimizes the project’s overall risk and provides MarchLife California with a competitive advantage to unentitled properties. There are currently no competitive new entitled healthcare projects in development in the designated service area. Given the pent-up demand and lack of supply, along with no planned projects in the pipeline, MarchLife California is in a unique position to not only ful ll demand, but to be the most technologically advanced competitor in the healthcare sector.
Extensive environmental, geotechnical, traf c and economic studies have been completed:
Full entitlements obtained after approved Environmental Impact Report (EIR), issued under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Speci c Plan Amendment (SPA) issued in compliance with the Government Code: State of California, County of Riverside.
Full Entitlements for 236 Gross Acres, granted by The Joint Powers Authority (JPA), a California public agency consisting of the United States Air Force, the State of California, Riverside County, the City of Riverside, the City of Moreno Valley, and the City of Perris.
