Aphasia FEB2017
LOSS OF LANGUAGE. Hotel Savera, RK Salai, Chennai
NOT LOSS OF INTELLIGENCE!
“
Two years ago, my wife Sudha had a stroke that resulted in Aphasia and she was left with practically zero speech. From
there, she has come a long way thanks to Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) , their understanding of Aphasia and the
incredible techniques they use. Against our conventional beliefs that progress stops in six months, I discovered at RIC, the
learning and progress never stops for life. My wife and I believed that this knowledge should benefit every Aphasia patient
”
and caregiver in India.
