Medallia™

What is it?
Medallia is an online service platform which allows you to:

• View guest comments and reviews about your hotel
• Respond to guest reviews
• Compare your hotel’s ratings with nearby competitors

What do I really need to know?
You’ll need to check Medallia on a regular basis. There is a 72 hour window to respond
to reviews that fall below your brand’s threshold.

Medallia is more than just a tool for responding to reviews. You’ll find a wealth of cus-
tomer data, such as Social Rivals (shown below), which may drive improvements and
changes at your hotel.
