"Zebulun shall dwell at the shore of the sea" (Genesis 49 v13) & "Port of Tel Aviv". The port's construction began May 1936 & ended February 1938, against backdrop of
Arab Revolt & Jaffa port strike. Pin may date from either the arrival of the first boat to Tel Aviv proper, for unloading of cargo (Yugoslavian boat 'Chetverti' - an event which
was hailed as a triumph for the Jewish community), or to the actual opening of the port in 1938.

special guest of the Bonds Organization 1960 drive at its inaugural conference in Miami in February of that year.
