一.本次拍賣會由【大漢觀寶國際拍賣有限公司】舉辦，拍賣活動均依據本次拍賣圖錄中
所刊登之【拍賣規章】進行。請參加拍賣活動的相關各方必須詳實閱讀並確實遵守。
二.競買人辦理競買號牌之保證金規定 : 競買人在競投前須持本人有效身分證或護照，填
寫【競投登記表】並繳納保證金 : 新台幣貳拾萬元整。
三.競買人須保管好領取的競投號碼牌，任何人對競投號碼牌之使用均被視作競買人的出
價或應價，競買人須對他人使用其競投號碼牌承擔全部法律責任。
四.若競投成功，競買人須自拍賣成交日起十四日內向【大漢觀寶國際拍賣有限公司】支
付落槌價、勞務費及其他一切相關費用，並領取競投成功之物件(其包裝、運輸費用、出
境鑑定費等須自行負擔)。

Buyer's Premium
If you are successful you will pay the hammer price plus's premium on each
lot.(18% of the firdt TWD 10,000,000 of the hammer price,plus 15% of the ecvess
of the hammer price above TWD 10,010,000 up to and include TWD
20,000,000,plus 12% of any amount in excess of TWD 20,010,000)
