Israeli Rally
Gev Sela isn’t even eighteen yet and already won in an important rally in
the world. He just wanted to go back home safe and didn’t think he would
win. In the rally, he drove from Monaco, through Morocco and Mauritania
and up to Dakar in Senegal. This is no easy race, (you) ride for many hours
every day, it is very hot and the body aches. Sela says it was hardest to
drive in the dunes in Mauritania, where (you) really have to focus in order
to not fall. In a few weeks, Gev will put all this aside and will enlist to the
army, and who knows, maybe we’ll see motor sports in Israel as well in a
few years.
