Subgroup 6 is characterized by the sound of LE...E...O... in the infinitive

form. The first root letter of these verbs is ‫א‬
Note the first letter of the infinitive form - ‫ל‬

We will now add an irregular verb to this subgroup. It differs from the

others in the infinitive form, however it will "come back" in the present

tense. (Its original infinitive form in the Torah was similar to the other
verbs in this group – ‫ ֵלא ֹּמר‬, however in Modern Hebrew we use the form
‫)לֹו ַמר‬
