Exercise: Act out the dialogue in Hebrew while looking at the
English text. Use other names than in the original dialogue when
acting out.
Actor 1: Danny, where are you? I’m calling and calling all day!
Actor 2: Really? You’re calling all day long?
Actor 1: Yes, I’m looking for you!
Actor 2: Sorry Mom. I’m talking to Grandma.
Actor 1: Talking to Grandma? Are you in Grandma’s house?
Actor 2: Yes, I’m visiting her now.
Actor 1: Ah, very nice!
Actor 2: Yes, very nice. I’m getting good food here.
Actor 1: sure, in Grandma’s house we always get good food!
Actor 2: Yes, but I have to pay for it.
Actor 1: To pay? how do you pay?
Actor 2: I’m organizing the living room.
Actor 1: You know what? Grandma is smart. from now on, here
as well, you get food only if you organize the house.
Actor 2: Mom!
Actor 1: Not really…
Actor 2: Ok, Mom. I want to talk a little more with Grandma
about life.
Actor 1: Yes, Grandma knows a lot about life. See you, sweety.
Actor 2: See you. Mom!
