Definite Article "The" = ?ה?
?ה?In Hebrew we add the letter in front of a word, when we want to specify it –
same as “The” (definite article) in English.
Example: A teacher = ?מֹו ֶרה?, The teacher = ?ַהמֹו ֶרה?
Saying my, your, etc. is actually causing specification.
?ה?That's why we need to use the as in ?( ַה ְמ ַנ ֵהל ֶש ִלי?my manager / boss)
Exercise - structure 1: Write down the following questions in Hebrew using
structure 1, and answer them.
