Exercise: Act out the dialogue in Hebrew while looking at the English
text.

At the Restaurant

Actor 1: Hello, are you the manager of the restaurant?
Actor 2: Yes, I’m Noa, I am the manager of the restaurant.

Actor 1: Nice to meet you, this is a very good restaurant!

Actor 2: Thank you, thank you.

Actor 1: Do you work a lot at the restaurant?

Actor 2: Yes, I work a lot. I work 12 hours every day.
Actor 1: Wow, that’s hard.
Actor 2: Yes, yes, it’s a little hard. But it’s fun. I’m also a

student.

Actor 1: Really? A student? Where?

Actor 2: I am an MBA student at the university.

Actor 1: At the university in Jerusalem?

Actor 2: No, in Herzlia.

Actor 1: Are you a good student?

Actor 2: So-so.
Actor 1: It’s not important, you are a very good manager! This

restaurant is excellent. It is pleasant and delicious

here!

Actor 2: Thank you, thank you.
