All over the world voices are now heard to
lower the costs of living.
In about a week demonstrations will be held
all over Europe and America;
the protesters demand that the government
will bring down the electric, fuel and food
prices.
The protesters will prepare thousands of signs
and will bring a lot of equipment.
Many politicians in America claim that the
protesters don't know what they're talking
about.
The politicians tell them: prove that the prices
are high.
The prices aren't high at all, look at what's
going on in other countries in the world –
the situation is much worse there, and no
government has lowered the prices yet.
We won't lower the prices either!
15 years ago similar demonstrations were
held. (Back) then, the organizers of the
demonstrations brought 400,000 people to the
squares.
How many will (they) bring this time?
Uri Tuval, an Israeli who resides in New
York, wants to encourage as many people as
possible to come to the upcoming
demonstration:
"Let's prove to the politicians that we have
power and that we're right.
Only this way they will lower the prices!
Good luck to all of us!"
