Dialogue 5 – Colors at the Clothes Store

Lilach: Itai, I have a new skirt. Is it pretty? I want to buy a matching
undershirt. What do you say about that, does green look good
on me? Does it match the skirt?

Itai: No.
Lilach: And what about the white?
Itai: White? That’s a color for Shabbat!
Lilach: Right, right. Okay, what about the red? They say that red

looks good on me. Pink too.
Itai: You can buy (also) pink and also red.
Lilach: Really? Hooray…
Itai: What do you think about this?
Lilach: All my clothes are blue, I want colorful.
Itai: I want to go, enough! What are you buying?
Lilach: Um, wait, yellow is pretty. It matches.
Itai: I buy gray and black, it’s the best.
Lilach: Uchhh, you’re such a man.
